5Orders, Pricing, and GST Invoicing
Prices are shown on the product listing and are subject to availability. Applicable freight and shipping charges are shown before you confirm an order. Each purchase is invoiced with GST as required by law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
6Payments
Payments are processed securely through our payment partner Razorpay. By placing an order you authorise the charge for the item price, applicable taxes, and freight. Your refund and cancellation rights are set out on our Refunds page.
7Delivery
Delivery is arranged through our third-party logistics partner Porter. Estimated delivery times are indicative and depend on the vendor, product, and destination. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8Acceptable Use
Your use of Travozen must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits illegal, harmful, and abusive activity on the platform.
9Intellectual Property
The Travozen platform, its content, and its trade marks belong to us or our licensors. You keep ownership of the content you submit, but you grant us a limited licence to host and display it so we can operate the service.
10User-Submitted Content
You warrant that any content you submit — including product reviews, images, and specifications — is lawful and yours to share. We may remove content that breaches these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
11Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
12Service Availability and Disclaimers
We work to keep Travozen available but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. These disclaimers do not exclude or limit your statutory rights as a consumer, which are preserved under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
13Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the value of the order to which the claim relates. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability the law does not allow us to exclude.
